    You will need to perform the following duties:

    • List and sell properties
    • Build customer relationships and liaise with clients, lawyers, building inspectors, mortgage brokers and banks

    The essential requirement for this position:

    As a loan writer at Invest & Co Finance, you will work with a number of experienced lending managers who are specialised in both residential and commercial lending. No matter you are an experienced lender or New To Industry, you must have good work ethic. Lending is highly regulated and lender’s policies are updated frequently, you also need to continue your learning path no matter how experienced you are. We will guide your career journey and assist you to reach your personal goal.

    You will need to perform the following duties:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with referrers
    • Undertake client interviews and complete the fact find process.
    • Provide clients with all aspects of credit advice
    • Liase with lenders, solicitors and conveyancers
    • Attend to all aspects of customer service and assistance, including queries regarding changes and variations.
    • Promote all brand initiatives
    • Work with your back office support to progress files to settlement.

    The essential requirement for this position:

    • You will have two years minimum of Home Lending / Mortgage or credit advice experience
    • Strong research and communication skills
    • Thorough, precise and have great attention to detail-you have an analytical mind
